Frank Ingriselli

Frank Ingriselli
Chairman

With more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, Frank Ingriselli is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with wide-ranging E&P experience in diverse geographies, business climates and political environments. Mr. Ingriselli was the founder of Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., (later known as CAMAC Energy Inc.), an energy company listed on NYSE. Since the Company’s inception in 2006, Mr. Ingriselli served as CEO, President and Director, a position he retired from in late 2010. CAMAC Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: CAK) has operations in Africa. Prior to Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., Ingriselli spent 23 years at Texaco in diverse senior executive positions involving in power and gas operations, merger and acquisition activities, pipeline operations and corporate development. Positions Mr. Ingriselli held at Texaco included:
  • President of Texaco Technology Venturse
  • President and CEO of the Timan Pechora Company (owned by affiliates of Texaco, Exxon, Amoco, Norsk Hydro and Lukoil)
  • President of Texaco International Operations Inc.
Mr. Ingriselli led Texaco’s global initiatives in exploration and development in key new countries at that time, including China and Russia. Among Ingriselli’s achievements at Texaco was the signing of the first successful international oil contract in China in 1983, which today is still generating over $1 billion a year in revenues. Elizabeth Smith

Ms. Smith has over 30 years of experience in corporate compliance, investor relations, and law with Texaco Inc. Ms. Smith was the VP - Investor Relations and Shareholder Services, a position she retired following the Texaco-Chevron merger in 2001. Previously, Ms. Smith had held the following positions at Texaco:
  • Corporate Compliance Officer for Texaco
  • Vice President of Texaco Inc.
  • Vice President of the Corporate Communications
  • Director of Investor Relations for Texaco, Inc.
While at Texaco, Ms. Smith was Chairman of the American Petroleum Institute’s Subcommittee on Department of Energy Law for the 1983-1985 term and was a Board member of The Texaco Foundation. Ms. Smith was an active member in NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute) and the NIRI Senior Roundtable. She has been a member and past President of both the Investor Relations Association and the Petroleum Investor Relations Institute. Ms. Smith currently serves as the Chairman on the Board of Finance of Darien, Connecticut and is a Trustee of St. Luke’s School in New Canaan, Connecticut.
David Crikelair

David Crikelair

Mr. Crikelair has more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has broad experience in the areas of corporate finance, banking, capital markets and financial reporting. Since 2001, Mr. Crikelair has been as co-owner and serves as a Managing Partner of FrontStreet Partners, LLC, a privately-held energy and real estate investment firm. Previously, Mr. Crikelair spent most of his career with Texaco Inc. and Affiliates, serving in various financial and operating positions, including:
  • Vice President of Texaco Inc. (1991 - 1999)
  • Corporate Treasurer (1986 - 1991)
  • Head of the Alternate Energy Department (1991 - 1996), responsible for worldwide co-generation and power businesses, technology licensing, gasification business, ethanol manufacturing, intellectual property, and non-oil and gas natural resources.
Mr. Crikelair also served as Chief Financial Officer of Equilon Enterprises, LLC (1998 - 1999), the major Houston based joint venture of the Shell Oil Company and Texaco Inc. focused on the refining, marketing, trading, transportation and lubricant businesses. Mr. Crikelair also served as a Director of Caltex Petroleum Corporation, the principal international refining and marketing joint venture company owned by Texaco Inc. and Chevron. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for a privately-held software company focused on collaborative supply chain activities. Mr. Crikelair has served as a member of various not for profit community and governmental organizations and boards. He continues to be involved in a number of charitable organizations. Mr. Crikelair graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and received a Masters of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1971.
David Steinberg

David Steinberg

Mr. Steinberg currently serves as a portfolio manager at Platinum Management LLC, a New York-based investment management firm, and heads its structured products credit group. Mr. Steinberg received his Masters of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, cum laude, from The New York Institute of Technology in 2009.
